Content you upload: images/PDFs of lab reports, prescriptions, discharge summaries, doctor’s notes, or typed queries.
Feedback & support: messages, ratings, crash reports you submit.

2.2 Information collected automatically

Device data: device model, OS version, app version, language, time zone.
Usage data: screens viewed, taps, session duration, feature usage.
Log data: IP (truncated/region-level where feasible), timestamps, error logs.

2.3 Request Data Deletion

If you would like to request the deletion of your data from SimpleRx, please contact us at info@dqodify.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Our team will verify your identity and remove all associated data (including uploaded reports, prescriptions, and profile information) within 7–14 business days.

We delete all user data upon request and retain no copies, except where legally required.

Special Category (Health): Uploaded medical documents may contain sensitive personal data. We treat these with heightened safeguards and collect/process them only with your explicit consent for the purposes described below.

3. How We Use Your Data (Purposes & Legal Basis)

Explain medical information: Parse and simplify reports/prescriptions you upload; generate educational summaries. (Consent)

4. Consent Management

We obtain explicit consent before processing uploads containing health data. You can withdraw consent anytime from in-app settings or by emailing us. Withdrawal will not affect prior processing already performed but may limit app functionality (e.g., explanations of reports).

Emergency use is prohibited. Do not rely on the App for urgent care decisions.

5. Sharing & Processors

We do not sell your personal data. We may share with:

Service Providers (Processors): cloud hosting, storage, OCR/AI processing, analytics, crash reporting, customer support. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for our instructions.
Affiliates within DQODIFY for operations consistent with this Policy.
Legal/Compliance if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.

If we enable optional third-party integrations (e.g., backing up to your personal cloud), you will see a just-in-time notice and can opt in or out.

6. Security

Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest (where supported by our infrastructure).
Access controls, need-to-know staff access, and audit logging for sensitive operations.
Data minimization: we process only what’s needed to deliver requested features.

No system can be 100% secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your device, passcodes, and backups.

7. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described, to comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your uploads/account (see Your Rights).

8. International Transfers

Our processors may operate globally. Where data is transferred outside India, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., contractual clauses) consistent with applicable law.

9. Children’s Privacy

SimpleRx is intended for adults. If you are under the age applicable in your jurisdiction (typically 18 in India), use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If we learn that we collected data from a child without proper consent, we will delete it.

10. Your Rights & Choices

Access/Port: Request a copy of your personal data.
Correct: Fix inaccurate information.
Delete: Ask us to delete your account/uploads (subject to legal requirements).
Withdraw Consent: Stop further processing of your health data.
Opt-out of non-essential analytics: In settings, where available.

1. Acceptance

By using SimpleRx, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. No Medical Advice

The App provides educational explanations only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional.

3. Eligibility & Account

You must be legally competent to contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited, revocable license to process your content solely to provide and improve the App.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized content.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the App.
Use the App only for lawful, personal purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

SimpleRx and all associated marks, logos, and content (excluding your uploads) are owned by DQODIFY or its licensors and protected by law.

7. Subscription & Payments (if applicable)

Paid features, if introduced, will be subject to stated prices and billing terms. Taxes may apply. We may change pricing with prior notice.

8. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party services (e.g., OCR/AI, cloud storage). Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those features.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOUR USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DQODIFY will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the 3 months prior to the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold DQODIFY harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risks to users, the App, or legal obligations. You may stop using the App anytime.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
